Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival. After that, the full amount is non-refundable.
Payment

Is there a minimum stay?

Yes, two nights.

Can I drive up to the house to unload, and where do I park?

Yes. You can drive up to the house from the Cathedral and stop there briefly to unload. You then park at the Dachauplatz car park, a few minutes’ walk away. You will receive all arrival details by e-mail a few days before your stay.

When can I check in – is a late arrival possible?

We welcome you in person between 3:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. After that, and on Sundays and public holidays, you can let yourself in with a personal door code – simply let us know your arrival time.

When is check-out – can I stay longer?

Check-out is by 11:00 a.m. If you depart on a Sunday, late check-out until 5:00 p.m. is included free of charge for guests who book direct.

How are children counted?

Up to four guests per apartment suite, plus one infant up to 3 years free of charge. Children aged 4 to 12 receive 20 % off. Cot and high chair are provided at no extra cost.

Is the price shown the final price?

Yes. The amount shown is the total – no city tax, no cleaning fee, no further surcharges.

Can I book several apartment suites together?

Yes, all three – room for up to twelve guests under one roof. Simply select the number above.
